  • Collection of monthly rent when due.

Service Fees Management fees to Casa Vista Properties, Inc. are structured to fit your property and vary dependent on the type, condition, location and rental rate. We offer multi-property discounts and will structure a fee schedule that you will find very competitive with any other property management company in the area. Some important items to consider when comparing our fee structure to any other management company:
  • No lease renewal fees
  • No fee when the property is vacant and not rented
  • No mark-ups on repair bills. You pay what we pay.
Our monthly fee, which is a percentage of the gross money received each month from the tenant, is 10% of the gross rent collected Multi- family complexes are generally 10% of the collected income but are quoted individually depending on area, condition, rents, and services provided.
